The DURALON BLUE HARDNESS is rated at 9H, making it extremely strong and highly resistant to abrasion, corrosion, and acid. It won't chip or discolor and will retain its non-stick properties longer.

The cookware is INDUCTION READY & OFFERS EVEN HEAT DISTRIBUTION, thanks to the bonding and reinforcement with an anti-warp stainless steel plate on the bottom. This delivers fast, even heat distribution and superior heat retention at any temperature.

Every piece of the cookware set is also ALL COOKTOP & OVEN SAFE, safe for use on all cooktops, including electric and gas stoves, and oven-safe up to 500°F for seamless transition from stove to oven.
